Bobby Joe Crape, a West Toledo native, excels at producing ideas that are intuitively different and crafting visions that defy comparison. He remains closely connected to Bowling Green State University’s Fashion Merchandising and Product Development (FMPD) community, where he has collaborated with peers like Sumedha and continued to expand his creative influence. As a proud member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., one of the historically Black fraternities of the Divine Nine, Bobby carries himself with purpose and pride, letting that legacy inform his work. Through his styling brand CrapeCurated on Instagram, he’s redefining fashion—merging individuality, culture, and storytelling into a bold new creative language.
Bobby currently works closely with the Toledo Arts Commission, where he contributes to community-based artistic initiatives and helps spotlight underrepresented voices through fashion and visual expression. His creative reach continues to grow as he now serves as the lead stylist and creative director for XFactor Couture, where he brings cutting-edge looks, cultural awareness, and fearless storytelling to the forefront of every project. With an ever-evolving aesthetic and a commitment to authenticity, Bobby is solidifying his name as a force in the next generation of fashion visionaries.
Stay connected with Bobby —whether it’s for styling, creative direction, or collaboration, he’s always building, always curating. "Be part of the vision."
